RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Taraaya Jewels, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.

 

If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value, valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
 

  • The item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product is unworn, unused, and returned with its original box, tags, and packaging.

 

Please note:

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, kindly follow these steps:
 

  1. Email us at taraayajewels@gmail.com with your Order ID and “Exchange Request” in the subject line.

  2. Send your request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Please attach a clear unboxing video showing the issue (damage, fault, or incorrect item). This helps us resolve your concern efficiently.

 

(Kindly note: Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.)

 

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details via email.

We ask that you ship the product back to us in its original condition. After we receive and inspect it, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 8–10 working days.
