If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value, valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

The request is made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product is unworn, unused, and returned with its original box, tags, and packaging.

Send your request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please attach a clear unboxing video showing the issue (damage, fault, or incorrect item). This helps us resolve your concern efficiently.

Kindly note: Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details via email.

We ask that you ship the product back to us in its original condition. After we receive and inspect it, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 8–10 working days.
